Please register me as a shareholder in Silver Forge Farm, LLC’s Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Program for the upcoming 2023 growing season.

I understand that the CSA program will run between May to October for approximately 20 weeks, weather permitting, and will provide a weekly share or bi-weekly share (a full share picked up every other week) of vegetables, eggs and fruit grown on site. I understand that farming using organic and sustainable practices is a seasonal and unpredictable undertaking and that both the amount included in this share, the length of the season and the exact selection of vegetables, eggs, and fruits  will change as the season progresses.

In joining the CSA, I agree to share in the fluctuations and variations inherent in farming tied to conditions such as weather, disease, and predation. I understand that the produce will be grown using organic practices, free from the use of artificial pesticides or fertilizers. I understand that the chickens and ducks used to produce the eggs in my share will be kept on pastures free from the use of artificial pesticides or fertilizers, will be fed a conventional feed free from antibiotics, and will be treated in a humane manner.

I agree to respect the property and livestock of Silver Forge Farm, LLC located at 112 Iron Ore Road, Manalapan, NJ and will not enter the property, pastures, gardens, bee yard or outbuildings without permission of the farmers. I agree to supervise and take responsibility for my children when on the property.

I understand that being a shareholder does not allow access to the farm unannounced.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge any and all claims that I may now or in the future have for damages against Silver Forge Farm, Silver Forge Farm, LLC, including its owners Eliezer and Shannon Silver, employees, or agents and the respective affiliated arising directly or indirectly from any injury to me or others, or damage to my property or that of others, while on the property.

I agree that it is my responsibility to pick up my share at Silver Forge Farm, LLC, located at 112 Iron Ore Road, Manalapan, NJ on Saturdays between the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM. I understand that if I do not pick up my share during those hours that my share for that week is forfeited.
